Every matter is assigned to one lawyer who stays with it from the first meeting to the last signature. You will always know who is responsible and how to reach them.
The practice
The firm was founded in Phuket by Khun Charung Suwannakamnerd and is led today by his son, Khun Thanyawat. Two generations of the same family have practised in the same province, before the same courts and the same Land Office.
That continuity is the point. A client who comes back after ten years finds the same name on the door and often the same lawyer across the table. In a market where firms appear and vanish with the building season, that is worth more than any brochure.

How we work
Your matter is not passed from desk to desk. The lawyer you meet is the lawyer who signs the pleadings and the one who calls you when something changes.
If a case is weak, you hear it at the first meeting, not after three months of billable work. Sometimes the honest advice is to settle, or to walk away.
Scope, fee, deadlines and who does what, agreed on paper before we begin. In a language you read comfortably.
We work from copies. Passports, title deeds and originals go back in your hands the same day, unless a registry requires otherwise.
